Common Health Entry Document (CHED)
You will find here the model Common Health Entry Document (CHED) together with the explanatory notes required for filling in. Applications for import checks on live animals, goods of animal origin and food of non-animal origin have to done via a CHED.
As applications have to be submitted via the system TRACES, there are no models available here that can be filled in.
